Enzymes in construction is used in soil stabilization, allowing for improved water infiltration, nutrient availability, and soil fertility. This is done by catalyzing the breakdown of organic matter, such as dead plant material, into smaller molecules that can be more easily utilized by plants and other organisms. In addition, enzymes can be used to break down pollutants and other contaminants in soil, making it safer and healthier for both plants and people.
