Precast in construction refers to the process of producing building components or elements off-site in a controlled environment, such as a factory, before transporting and assembling them on-site. Precast components can include columns, beams, walls, floors, stairs, and other structural elements, as well as non-structural components such as cladding panels, window sills, and decorative features.
