Are you planning to develop or create that needed space in your home and you don’t know how to start? This can be a bit overwhelming because these are the things we do not encounter every day. There are many information available over the internet, however, there are times when you need to speak to a professional like a structural engineer or an architect to be able to get a different perspective on your planned home development.
CMQ Consulting Engineers is giving FREE Information about Home Building and Renovating on the 18th of April 2020 from 1PM to 3PM at Meeting Room No. 2, Burnham Park Hall, Windsor Lane, Burnham, SL1 7HR. Our resource speakers will be providing basic guidelines on Planning Application & Building Control for House Extensions, Loft Conversions, Garage Conversions and New Builds.
It will be interesting to know that not all planned work requires Planning Permission from your Local Council, sometimes what you will need is an application for Building Control if they fall under permitted development. However, this may also be affected by a certain public policy. All of these will be discussed during the event brought to you by CMQ Structural Engineers.
