King closer: A brick closer that has a diagonal slope cut from the middle of the stretcher face to the middle of the header face. In and around window and door openings, closer bricks are commonly utilised to make up the corners, close reveals, and fill in the spaces and joints. In addition, the brick can be referred to as a three-quarter brick because just three-quarters of it has been used.
