Johari’s window: Management principle stating that there are four ways to view human behaviour and knowledge transfer: (a) certain elements are known only to themselves; (b) some aspects are unknown by oneself but are acknowledged by others; (c) some aspects are not known by others but are known only to the individual; and (d) some aspects are neither known by oneself nor others but do exist.
